The object of "Open File" is to Open data or back up file for display and graph. ======================= [Open Controls] > File Type (alt+T) determines which files are listed in the File List Box. > Drive (alt+D) Select from a List box of available drives on your system. > Directory (alt+D) Select from the Directory list box (by dbl-clicking on the path name). The path used will be listed, in green, above the list box. > File Name (alt+N) Select from the File list box (by dbl-clicking the file name). The name used will be listed, in green, above the file list box. > Command Buttons + Ok (alt+O) Accept file name and directory to open file. + Cancel (esc) Cancel any changes made. + Help (alt+H) to read this. ======================= [Save As] The controls for "Save As" is the same as "Open File". See "Save As Exceptions. The object of Save As, is to get an unknown File Name, and/or directory, for saving the data file. Once known, all you need to do, is use the Save command from the menu. ======================= [Save As Exceptions] > Disabled File List Box. You need to enter a new file name using the keyboard. > Added control, Make back- up (alt+B) + Check YES, to allow the program to create backup files when needed. + Unchecked NO, to pre- vent program from creating backup files. ====================== [File Types] > Click down arrow to pull down list (alt+T, dn arrow) + *.BPW, will display all Blood Pressure Data files in the File list box. + *.BP?, will display all Blood Pressure Backup files in the File list box. + To display any other File Type, enter through the keyboard.
